As more women start businesses and emerge in leadership roles, the choice to delay child-bearing, or to remain child-free, becomes more prominent. Yet, that choice comes with its own set of sacrifices.

As a mother and daughter trace the history of their favorite place from a primitive construction site to its present incarnation as the family home, the daughter grapples with the decision of whether to have children.
